Jackie is a leadership coach who works with clients navigating change and those seeking to accelerate learning and performance. Through her consulting practice, she designs solutions for organizations to align business strategies with organizational design, talent development, and change management strategies.
She believes growth comes through a fuller awareness of self and the ability to both design and act upon a path to progress; her role is to bring about that awareness and help clients design actions and/or changes to achieve growth. Jackie takes a systems-view to understand the context in which clients are working and helps clients understand how enhancing systemic connections can create opportunities for growth.
Jackie brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, where she consulted with a wide range of client firms from major multi-national corporations to small business owners. As an executive, she held P&L responsibility and led major transformational change initiatives. She held leadership roles in Marketing, Product Development, Field Training, and Client Relationship Management. Jackie holds a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, along with an Organizational & Leadership Coaching Certificate.
